RACI stands for: Responsible (does the work), Accountable (owns the outcome, one person per task), Consulted (provides input before work starts), and Informed (kept up to date during and after). The RACI matrix maps each of these roles against every task or deliverable on your project.
Add your team members or roles as columns on the left. Add project tasks or deliverables as rows. Then click each cell in the matrix to cycle through R > A > C > I > empty. The matrix updates instantly. You can share the link, export to CSV, or print to PDF.
The warning shows any task that has no R (Responsible) assigned. Every task should have at least one person accountable for doing the work. Use the matrix to give each task a clear owner before the project starts.
